Step 1: Provide proof of successful completion of your bachelor’s degree or equivalent
You have successfully completed your bachelor’s degree and have proof (copy of diploma or temporary certificate of achievement).
If you are awaiting the results of your bachelor’s degree or equivalent:
- Enrol online
- Submit proof of your level of study online as soon as possible. If you cannot submit it before the start date of your Master’s degree, you must report to the Student Administration Office (service de scolarité).
- The University of Angers may cancel your admission if you fail to submit the requested supporting documents before the deadline.
Step 2: Pay the CVEC fee
Before enrolling at UA, you must pay the Student and Campus Life Contribution fee (CVEC) online at https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr. After paying, you will receive a code and certificate, which are required to enrol at UA.
Please note that the CVEC must be registered in your name of birth. We advise you to pay the CVEC as close to your enrolment as possible.

Step 3: Enrol online
Vocational training: If you are part of vocational training programme (job seeker, non-student employee, professionalisation contract, etc.) or if you hold the DAEU diploma, you must contact the Work-Study and Professional Training Service (service d’alternance et de formation professionnelle), before enrolling.
Case 1: You have never been enrolled at the University of Angers
You can enrol online* and pay the tuition fee (see tuition fees).
To log on, your user name (identifiant) is your Mon Master candidate number preceded by “M4”.
Case 2: You were enrolled at UA less than 8 years ago
You can enrol online via your ENT* in the Administrative Services section > Administrative enrolment.
If you have cancelled your previous enrolment at UA, it is impossible to enrol online. You must contact the Student Administration Office and they will proceed with your enrolment.
If you have lost your login information, follow the recovery procedure.
*Recommended browsers: (IE11, Edge, Firefox, Chrome) – Do not use mobile browsers
Step 4: Activate the ENT account (if this is the first time you enrol at UA)
- When you have completed your enrolment, you will receive a link by email to activate your ENT (Online Student Portal)
- Then, you must upload an ID photo (which is required to print your student card): My Profile > My Account > Photo tab
Step 5: Submit the supporting documents online
You must upload the following supporting documents online in PDF or Jpeg format.
- Most recent diploma giving access to Master’s degree studies (or temporary certificate of achievement)
- Identity card or passport
- Civil liability insurance certificate for the school year
